Our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy is Simple:

Our Return, Refund, Credit, and Exchange Policies apply to products purchased directly from Kinzua Environmental, Inc., either from our website (kesupply.com) or our Amazon Storefront (Kinzua Environmental on Amazon). Unfortunately, because we cannot control the actions of other retailers to ensure their compliance with our Quality Control and Handling Guidelines, we cannot extend our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy to purchases from other sellers or retailers who are not authorized to sell Kinzua Environmental Products.

If at any time during the first 30 days you are not completely satisfied or happy with your purchase, please contact Kinzua Environmental Customer Care and provide your original purchase receipt to receive a full refund, credit or exchange.

Our policy applies to all unaltered Kinzua Environmental products sold to retail consumers in the United States by an authorized Kinzua Environmental. retailer and excludes sales by unauthorized sellers and promotional items not sold at retail.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We take pride in shipping orders out same day, so any changes or cancellations do need to be sent to us within 2 hours of placing the order. Otherwise a return process will be required.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipments outside of the United States.
